● Accelerated app developer onboarding time by 65% (reduced it by 2 weeks) by streamlining the user
flow, communication, and milestones
● Achieved a 110% improvement in video ad click-to-play by redesigning the ad format and with a
new design system
● Implemented a new app developer subscription feature that boosted app developer acquisition and
retention
